The highly charged, brand new blues frenzied, jazz fusion band Opius Bliss will be making their CT debut on Dec 26th! Co-founders vocalist Michelle Walker & bassist Michael O'Brien originally conceived the project in 2014 with a strong desire to dive deeper into rooted music. Guitarist Jason Ennis, pianist Sean Fitzpatrick and drummer Sean Dixon round out the group. Catch Opius Bliss in their first CT show!

With their wide-ranging, eclectic and roots-oriented approach to making music, the new indie power group seem to want to fill a void absent on the radio dial. Using songs that are familiar to the listen yet with rearranged harmonies, the members of Opius Bliss dive into a musical narrative that feels like home.
