Simply Swing kicks off the 2015 Farmington Bank Community Concert Series Friday, May 1, at the Elmwood Community Center, New Britain Avenue, West Hartford, CT.
Under the direction of Joe LaRosa, Simply Swing a 10-piece swing orchestra will perform favorites from the Big Band and Swing Dance era.
Simply Swing features six swinging horns, a dynamic rhythm section and vocalist Vivian LaRosa.
The performance is free and open to the public. There is room for swing and ballroom dancers.
