This evening's concert primarily offers music set to texts from the avant-garde poet Edith Södergran's universe and we also enjoy the poetry of Karin Boyes, Bruno K. Öijers and Märta Tikkanens. Anni Elif's instrumental idioms go hand-in-hand with the powerful poetry, where together, they create an intimate and organic world, floating in space, hovering between life and death. Accompanying her are three outstanding musicians from Finland and Iceland.

Illan konsertti sisältää etupäässä Anni Elifin musiikkia uraauurtavan runoilijan Edith Södergranin universumista, mutta yleisö pääsee nauttimaan myös Karin Boyen, Bruno K. Öijerin ja Märta Tikkasen lyriikasta. Anni Elifin sävelkieli kulkee käsi kädessä vahvojen runojen kanssa. Yhdessä ne luovat intiimin ja orgaanisen maailman, joka häilyy elämän ja kuoleman rajamailla.
