Erilainen jazzopianotrio, jonka ekspressiivinen keitos koostuu parhaista eurooppalaisista raaka-aineista, vankasta afro-amerikkalaisen keittotaidon perinteestä ja hienoimmista itämaisista mausteista. Chef Kari Ikonen laati menun jossa yhdistyvät luontevasti Ikosen omat luomukset, kokkitiimin improvisoidut herkut sekä tuoreet tulkinnat perinteisistä armenialaisista resepteistä.
