Antti Lötjönen, a double bass player hard-boiled in the world and in Finland, will bring his own band to the Villa Hakasalmi this time.
The record release festival, which has dragged on for corona reasons, will continue in the form of an atmospheric jaZZanti concert. The composition of the crew is quite strong. Mikko Innanen, Jussi Kannaste and Verneri Pohjola form the front line full of soloist power. Joonas Riippa is always creative and personal in the drums. Mainly playing the music of its director, ALQE sails in free but rhythmic waters. The keen-eared is likely to find echoes of the jazz tradition as well. We also hear Antti's new compositions in addition to the material on the album. There are and should be many opinions about the end result, but it is hardly boring. Try out it though....

Monissa liemissä niin maailmalla kuin kotimaassakin keitetty kontrabasisti Antti Lötjönen tuo Hakasalmen huvilaan tällä kertaa oman yhtyeensä.
Koronasyistä pitkäksi venähtäneet levynjulkaisujuhlat saavat jatkoa tunnelmallisen jaZZanti-konsertin muodossa. Miehistön koostumus on varsin vahva. Solistista voimaa pursuavan eturivin muodostavat Mikko Innanen, Jussi Kannaste ja Verneri Pohjola. Rummuissa on aina luova ja persoonallinen Joonas Riippa. Pääasiassa johtajansa musiikkia soittava ALQE seilaa vapailla, mutta rytmikkäillä vesillä. Tarkkakorvainen löytänee kaikuja myös jazzin perinteestä. Kuulemme myös Antin uutta säveltuotantoa levyn materiaalien lisäksi. Lopputuloksesta saa ja pitää olla montaa mieltä, mutta tylsää tuskin on. Kokeile vaikka.
