Pro-Mark received its first “official” endorsement, unsolicited, from Billy Gladstone, a legendary drummer and drum designer/builder.
As a drum shop owner, Herb sold a drumset (which later became very famous itself) to Elvis Presley. Elvis paid cash! That drumset was featured in several Elvis movies (“Jailhouse Rock” and more) numerous television shows (including Elvis’ infamous appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show), international magazines, and dozens of recordings.

The harvesting of oak from Japan is carefully controlled, and replenishment of the forest is one of our top concerns. Each tree is between 60-120 years old before it is cut. American hickory and maple both grow faster than they are harvested, so there is no danger of running out.
All Pro-Mark sticks, mallets and accessories are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship, including warped wood. Additionally, our nylon tips are guaranteed not to crack, chip, break or fall off the stick. This warranty does not cover products damaged or broken due to normal wear and tear or improper use. We will repair any Pro-Mark product found to have a material or manufacturing defect. If an item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical product.
