With a nod to the culinary triad of sweet, savory and spirits, Chef and Partner Ryan Hildebrand has assembled a stellar line up of culinary talent to create Triniti, a progressive American restaurant focused on seasonality and local sourcing. Designed by MC2 Architects of Houston, Texas, Triniti was nominated for a James Beard Award for Restaurant design in 2013. Joining Hildebrand in the kitchen are Chef de Cuisine, Greg Lowry (last with Voice at Hotel Icon), Sous Chef Kerrick Robertson, Sous Chef Brandon Soverall and Pastry Chef Samantha Mendoza. The restaurant, unlike any other in Houston in both cuisine and design, represents an artistic outlet for all involved. Much attention has been paid to every detail - inside and out - from the food, cocktails, open kitchen, commissioned artwork and custom chandeliers, to the tree-lined patio and chef’s garden.
