Which then, the noteworthy element?
For some time now, we have been witnessing a rediscovery and re-evaluation of this musical genre by a growing number of admirers, so much so that we can speak, without fear of denial, of a real cultural phenomenon in constant increase. This is the motivation for which it is important to be, to try to fully understand the origins of this musical genre, with unmistakable characteristics. Especially since it is a type of music that particularly lends itself to break down social and cultural barriers. During the concert we will therefore listen to the most representative songs of Swing from overseas: from Fly me to the moon to The lady is tramp; from Cheek to cheek to Macke the knife, etc. and of course there will be surprises.
On the stage an ensemble of five musicians: female voice, piano and arrangements, tenor sax, double bass and drums for an evening dedicated to that rhythm with which it is impossible to be still, sitting on the armchair.
