The group, made up of musicians of proven artistic maturity, presents a repertoire dedicated to the themes of the films that saw James Bond, the well-known secret agent born of Ian Fleming’s pen. The songs were rearranged by Alberto Giraldi (piano and keyboards), played by Marco Tardioli (drums) and Giulio Ciani (bass), guest of the evening stefano micarelli and sung by the vocalist Stefania Del Prete, creator of the project.
The need to adapt songs – originally born for orchestra – to a small group, meant that the arrangements were confronted with different rhythms and structures such as to give the repertoire a new look, in order to reread the beauty of the compositions. So historical pieces like Goldfinger, Diamonds are forever or From Russia with love up to the most recent songs like Tomorrow never dies or The World is not enough will come back to life thanks to the Vodkamartini, name of the formation given in homage to the glossy world of James Bond....

The live set will be accompanied by news regarding the various films, the
story of putting them into production, the choice of the protagonists and the bond girls, as well as the bad guys on duty. In short, it will be a journey into the most famous epic of the jet set
Stefania Del prete, singer, singing teacher at Saint Louis College of Music, participated as a vocalist in numerous TV shows for RAI and MEDIASET, as well as soundtracks, advertisements, Disney cartoons. he has recorded with the Kammerton Vocal Ensemble, Mameli Voices (swing), and for the Energy label as an artist. He has participated in concerts of important music festivals (Fiesolana Summer, University Concerts Institution, Parco della Musica direction Massimo Nunzi, Ravello Festival, Teatro Rendano di Cosenza direction Carmelo Caruso).
alberto giraldi, composer, arranger, jazz and pop pianist has worked for television, radio, theater, cinema and advertising (among other rai, sanremo festival, cecchi-gori, filmaster). Active both in classical and commercial music, he currently works on contemporary jazz projects, with organisations ranging from the trio to the orchestra. a lecturer at music conservatories for 30 years, he has taught in jazz courses at the Conservatory of Frosinone and was the coordinator of the popular music course. He is currently director of the same Conservatory.
