Katia Schiavone grew and formed musically in Naples, where she attended the conservatory, graduating in jazz guitar. In 2015 he moved to London and later to Paris where he currently lives, carrying out projects of jazz and original standards with musicians of the Parisian and London scene.
On his way he was able to appreciate the music of guitarists such as Jim Hall, Grant Green, Ed Bickert, Johnny Smith, and it is from these influences, together with the passion for the piano trio that made history (Hank Johnes, Sonny Clark, Phineas Newborn, Cedar Walton) that Katia takes care of the arrangements and repertoire for her ensemble....
