Vittorio Mezza &gianluca Lusi Duo at Casa Del Jazz

The collaboration between the multi-instrumentalist Gianluca Lusi and the pianist, composer, arranger and orchestrator Vittorio Mezza has been consolidated for years.

They performed in various Italian jazz festivals and beyond national borders: like in Japan for their Tour in 2019 in the cities of Osaka and Kyoto, to represent the Italian jazz scene as guests of the Italian Cultural Institute and the Japanese Embassy.

The repertoire of the duo Mezza/ Lusi, for the occasion, retraces songs from the jazz tradition (Mingus, Ellington, Monk) and original compositions by the two artists.
