Krakowskie Zaduszki Jazzowe Festival is the oldest jazz festival in Europe. First edition took place in 1954 in a school building on Królowa Jadwiga street in Cracow and it quickly became an important part of the city's cultural life. Despite the tough times, jazz music has evloved and managed to raise new generations of jazz musicians and jazz fans. This year we celebrate the 67th edition of the festival. During four days, a series of musical events is planned. Main concerts will take place in Cracow's symbolic locations. On the second day, two polish jazz legends: Ewa Bem and Stanisław Soyka Quintet will play in Nowa Huta Cultural Center. On Friday evening, an international star and Grammy winner - Judith Hill will give performance in STUDIO Club. On the last day of the festival, during Cracow's Jazz Gala in Juliusz Słowacki Theatre, the Golden Helikon Star award will be given. The festival will end with the concert of one of the biggest polish jazz musicians - Leszek Możdżer.
