"America's Art Form" Concert by HSJS: Theme Songs of the Big Band Era at Garland County Library

From October through February, on the second Wednesday of each month, the Hot Springs Jazz Society presents a free "America's Art Form" concert (6-7:30 pm) in the Garland County Library's auditorium. "America's Art Form" concerts for 2014-2015 highlight "The Traditional Music of NOLA" (8 October), "Theme Songs of the Big Band Era" (12 November), "Icons and Innovators" (10 December), "Frank Sinatra's Greatest Hits" (14 January), and "Poetry in Jazz" (11 February). The "America's Art Form" series is supported in part by the Arkansas Arts Council (Department of Arkansas Heritage) and the National Endowment for the Arts.
