On the third Friday (6-8 p.m.) of each month (April-August) a guest artist performs at Whittington Place (a historic venue in downtown Hot Springs) with the Arkansas Jazz Experience: Shirley Chauvin (vocals), Clyde Pound (keys), David Higginbotham (upright bass), Bill Halbrook (drums). Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the first-come, first-seated event; the $15 admission fee is discounted to $10 for any member of the Hot Springs Jazz Society.
