This jazz concert series sponsored by the Hot Springs Jazz Society (www.hsjazzsociety.org) is held at Quapaw Baths and Spa (413 Central Avenue, Hot Springs National Park) on the fourth Friday (6-8 pm) of each month (April-August). Featured performers on 26 July 2013 are the Arkansas Jazz Experience combo (vocalist/emcee Shirley Chauvin, pianist Clyde Pound, percussionist Jay Payette) and special guests David Higginbotham (bass), Nathan Hood (baritone sax), and Gene Kirsch (alto sax). Admission ($15, discounted to $10 for HSJS members) includes hors d'oeuvres; a cash bar is available.
