About
"Bebop and Beyond, Birth of the Cool" is the third in a series of five free jazz concerts being presented in the Garland County Library's auditorium on the second Wednesday of the month (October 2013 - February 2014) by the Hot Springs Jazz Society (www.hsjazzsociety.org, 501.627.2425). Featured performers on 11 December 2013 are Matt Dickson (saxophone), Clyde Pound (piano), David Higginbotham (upright bass), and Jay Payette (drums). The program is supported in part by the Arkansas Arts Council (Department of Arkansas Heritage) and the National Endowment for the Arts.
