DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER ON SATURDAY, 9 MAY 2015, THE VENUE FOR "ART FEST" (PART OF THE TEN-DAY "ARTS & THE PARK" CELEBRATION) HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM HILL WHEATLEY PLAZA TO THE EXCHANGE STREET PARKING PLAZA. To kick off Saturday's festival, the jazz trio led by Jay Payette (drums) will present a free concert (10 am - 12 pm, with a painting demo by John Bramblitt during the band's break).
