From 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Monday, 15 August 2016 there will be free, live jazz (by guitarist Matt Treadway with bassist Brad Birge) and discounted drinks in the cellar at SO Restaurant-Bar in Little Rock's historic Heights-Hillcrest neighborhood.
