Trio du Jour at Monday Jazz at Afterthought Bistro and Bar

The straight-ahead jazz of Trio du Jour (saxophonist Dave Williams II, pianist Chris Parker, bassist Stuart Coles) will be featured at The Afterthought's Monday Jazz Night on 22 July 2013; other accomplished musicians will be invited to sit in.

Located in the historic Hillcrest neighborhood, The Afterthought (www.afterthoughtbistroandbar.com) is the only Little Rock venue which has presented live jazz continuously (at least once a week) since the 1970s. The diverse, multigenerational audience on Monday Jazz Night always includes members of the Arkansas Jazz Heritage Foundation/Arkansas Jazz Hall of Fame (www.arjazz.org), which holds its weekly "Meet and Greet" there.
