The History Pavilion (accessed by going north on Ottenheimer Drive off President Clinton Avenue) is located west of the Junction Bridge (for pedestrians/bicycles) and east of Peabody Park within Julius Breckling Riverfront Park, which covers 33 acres and stretches 11 blocks (parallel to LaHarpe Boulevard/President Clinton Avenue) along the south bank of the Arkansas River in downtown Little Rock's River Market District. In addition to historical information about Little Rock and Arkansas, the pavilion includes a large Indian Head statue carved in 1975 by Peter Wolf Troth as part of his 50-state series in tribute to Native Americans
