Something wicked this way comes!!!
RUDI CRESWICK (Live)
Having spent the past few years supplying low notes as bass player for a multitude of UK Soul and Jazz artists (including Tom Misch, Loyle Carner, Berwyn, Jordan Rakei, Poppy Ajudha, Jamie Isaac, Puma Blue, Jorja Smith, Alfa Mist and Charlotte Dos Santos) Rudi Creswick has been stepping into the spotlight releasing his first full length solo offering 'Different Forms' on Alfa Mist's Sekito imprint. Hailing from Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Rudi was immersed in DJing and club culture from a young age, the low end sonics of early dubstep, house, dub, hip-hop and garage guided his bass playing and led him to discover his own voice on the instrument. In the years that followed, Rudi continues to hone his craft, melding the sub rattling sounds of producers such as J Dilla, Mala and Kaytranada with the technical sensibilities of influential Jazz players such as Pino Palladino, Derrick Hodge and Thundercat.
HAL HAYWOOD (Live)
Hal Haywood is a multidisciplinary composer and producer whose work focuses on texture, process, and Afro-Electronicism.
JOEL DUNNING (Live)
Electronic artist, Joel Dunning combines his years of guitar playing with an ambient and melancholic sound. South-east London based, Joel has experienced playing with numerous artists from a tight-nit community of emerging musicians. The foundation of his music starts with guitar, exploring the interaction between his instrument and the eclectic mix of sound that electronic music can offer. Joel draws inspiration from artists like Burial, Floating Points, FKA Twigs and Michael Kiwanuka.
Be ready for this. More Electronic Experimentation and positive soul flow at its finest!
