One of Europe’s most accomplished and innovative percussionists, often described as the most outstanding musician ever known, Terje Isungset is taking jazz and Scandinavian music far beyond their traditional boundaries creating a harmonic connection between a sound of an artist and a shaman. The pure simplicity of entrancing sounds of his self-crafted instruments made of Norwegian natural materials has turned him into a truly ingenious musician bringing the acknowledgement of the Norwegian composer and Jazz musician awards of the year.
