International Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival (8th edition).
The Estudiantina Ensemble receives an official invitation from the Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival Committee (Director: Roger Wang), to come and play from June 12 till June 15 at the 8th edition of the International “Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival” in Malaysia.
Following our great performance at the International Penang Island Jazz Festival (9th edition) in Malaysia of our previous Asia tour, The Estudiantina Ensemble is asked to give a number of concerts at this festival and to participate in a workshop for the promotion of cultural exchanges between Malaysia, Cuba and the Netherlands.
