Within the jazz world, Juliarna shines. She has led her own trios to septets in top venues and festivals, performing across Australia and internationally. Her talents have taken her from weekly gigs in Newham to performing on international Jazzdagen Tours, from Los Angeles to Costa Rica alongside premier musicians from the USA and Europe. Having graced the stages of iconic venues such as The Paris Cat, The Butterfly Club, Water Rat Hotel, Werribee Jazz Club, Geelong City Council gigs and Festivals like Noosa Jazz, Juliarna has also shared the spotlight with US jazz greats like Eddie Metz, Randy Morris, Tom Hook, and locally, Mat Jodrell and Wilbur Wilde. Whether she's performing timeless jazz standards or curating special musical evenings, her presence is magnetic.
SAM LEMANN moved to Melbourne in 1990 following a tour with Perth based band The Jam Tarts. Prior to this he won the 1983 National Guitar Competition at Tamworth at the age of 16 and has led a busy musical life.
After moving to Melbourne Sam became a regular member of The Moovin' and Groovin' Orchestra, Andy Baylor's Cajun Combo and Gypsy Swing. He is also an intermittent member of many ensembles and accompanist to singers Sam also tours with various bands and records with Aboriginal groups in the Kimberley region of WA. He has appeared on over 40 CDs
