Daniel Tilling was born in 1975 and grew up in Stockholm. He studied at the Malmö College of Music and
is a free-lancing jazz musician since graduating in 2001, now living in Stockholm. In addition to working
with his own bands, Daniel Tilling Septet and TIK, he's playing regularly with many Swedish jazz artists
including Miriam Aïda, Andreas Pettersson, Lars Ekman, Ali Djeridi, Stockholm Swing All Stars, Hanna
Elmquist, Amanda Sedgwick, Peter Johannesson Sixtus, Stockholm Jazz Orchestra and Norrbotten Big
