Vocalist Debbie Orta's Jazz Quartet performs a mix of jazz standards and progressive vocal and instrumental works by herself and her excellent accompanists in the wine cellar, downstairs. Each musician has, (or will soon), released their own CDs. Le Chat Noir features Paninis, salads, and a crème brûlée "to die for", plus a broad selection of fine wine.
