June 22nd marks the 5th Annual South Florida Jazz Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. We will gather at Avenue D Downtown for this eagerly awaited event and we invite you to join us to be witness to this bit of history in the making!

This years’ inductees include all musicians, which is not always the case. Jazz legends of all forms and specialties, who have impacted South Florida, have been honored. *This year's honorees are: Jimmy Crawford, Panama Francis, Nestor Torres, Pete Minger, Dave Nuby and Paquito d’Rivera.

Six candidates have been inducted in each of the four years the SFJHOF has been in existence. They have included: Julian “Cannonball” Adderley, China Valles, Jesse Jones, Jr., Othello Molineaux, Jaco Pastorius, Jet Nero, Nancy Murphy, Ira Sullivan, Len Pace, Lenny Zeif, Melton Mustafa, Mel Dancy, Myrtle Jones, The Billy Marcus Quartet, Chief Sandrell Rivers, Alice Day, Dolph Castellano, "Blue" Mitchell, Billy Rolle, Charles Austin, Eric Knight and Bill Peeples....
