Public radio station, WDNA 88.9FM proudly presents its third MIAMI DOWNTOWN JAZZ FESTIVAL on April 9-13, 2018 presenting over 11 groups with over 60 musicians at Mary Brickell Village, the Bayside Marketplace Marina Stage, Olympia Theater, Bayfront Park Tina Hills Pavillion, and the Black Archives Historic Lyric Theater.
Alongside performing everything from solo guitar to running a 17-piece jazz orchestra featuring his own compositions and arrangements, Russ Spiegel has released several CDs, written music for film, TV and musicals, toured Europe and Asia, taught college-level courses, run workshops and seminars, worked as a music copyist for Broadway shows and major-label recordings as well as having appeared in a number of feature films as both a musician and actor....
