SonLokos, under the direction of Grammy winner Raymer Olalde of Palo!, is a musical group which was born in the city of Miami at the beginning of 2012, fusing son and other traditional Cuban rhythms such as Afro-Cuban music and samba, with elements of hip-hop, electronic music, rap, reggaeton and trap. SonLokos is characterized by the cadence and freshness of its sound that goes from son to descarga and also warms up the dance floor with reggaeton and samba. The first single from their new album is already on the official SonLokos YouTube channel: “Miami,” featuring Leslie Cartaya and Bonco Quiñongo, a song dedicated to the beautiful city of the sun where they show the beautiful views of Miami and the importance of love and happiness for our Hispanic community. With nine original songs and a classic cover of Cuban music, SonLokos promises to make you dance and laugh. “We were fortunate to have several special guests on this new album: we thank Jose Alberto "El Canario", Mr. Haka, Leslie Cartaya and Bonco Quiñongo for joining us on this new adventure,” SonLokos comments. SonLokos En la Calle premiered in April of 2023 together with the Official Video of the song sponsored by the new lager, Hatuey Beer, and the City of Doral.
