MIAMI DOWNTOWN JAZZ FESTIVAL Presents ORIENTE! Saturday, April 28th at 4:30PM at The BAYSIDE MARINA STAGE, 401 Biscayne Blvd. Miami, FL 33132. The 2018 Miami Downtown Jazz Festival is a 3-day event featuring jazz and jazz-inspired sounds from Miami and beyond. The festival kicks off Thursday 4/26 with free, live performances at the Stephen P. Clark Government Center. Friday night is indoors at the historic Olympia Theater for an intimate evening with organist, Dr. Lonnie Smith and vocalist, Kurt Elling. Saturday moves to Bayside Marketplace for a full day of free performances. Closing out the festival Saturday night: Arturo Sandoval, Lizz Wright and Regina Carter at the Bayfront Park Amphitheater. ...
