A multiple Grammy nominee, recipient of the MacArthur Genius Grant and a Guggenheim Fellow, saxophonist/ composer/educator Miguel Zenon is considered one of today’s most distinguished Latin jazz musicians. He will be joined by the Stamps Jazz Quintet, a notable student ensemble directed by bassist Chuck Bergeron from UM’s Frost School of Music which is supported by the Stamps Family Foundation.
