The Kettle Moraine Jazz Festival takes place along the banks of the upper Milwaukee River at Riverside Park in West Bend, Wis. The festival is expected to draw more than 5,500 jazz lovers from all over the Midwest, particularly from southeast Wisconsin and northeast Illinois. Early-Bird (through Monday, August 13): Two-day - $110; One-day - $65
