Celebrate the roots of American Music at the 2nd Annual Lowertown Roots Music Festival in Saint Paul’s Mears Park. Performers for this year’s festival include the soulful gospel sounds of Mike Farris, the hard rockin’ Tex Mex band Los Conocidos, jazz pianist extraordinaire Butch Thompson, and the bluesy fiddle playing Minnesota bluegrass band the Barley Jacks with Brian Wicklund. The Lowertown Roots Music Festival is free.
