Popular Minneapolis guitarist, composer, and singer John Penny will perform with on September 5 at the Normandy Kitchen. John’s acclaim includes performances with international Jazz greats including organist Captain Jack MacDuff, saxophonist George Braith, drummer Bernard Purdie, and trumpet player Gene Adams.
John will perform with local favorites Thomas West on keyboard and Nathan Norman on drums. The trio will entertain and enchant the audience with a rich and varied repertoire of Jazz, R&B, Classical, and World Folk.
