Thursday Vocal Jazz was created to spotlight established singers as well as up & coming Twin Cities vocalists. This week we welcome Sheridan Zuther!

After seven years of touring throughout the United States and Canada performing with pop symphonies and swingin’ big bands as a member of the nationally acclaimed vocal quintet, Five By Design, singer Sheridan Zuther has returned to the Twin Cities to resume her solo singing career. Sheridan is an opera trained singer who can sing in a wide range of genres from gospel to pop and from country to jazz. She has starred in musical theatre productions at the Ordway, The Guthrie, Park Square Theater, Minneapolis Musical Theater, Bloomington Civic Theater and with the Minnesota Orchestra as well as serving as producer and musical director of her own shows. She teaches voice privately, and recently served as guest artist and clinician at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse Vocal Jazz Festival. As an alumni of the Cabaret Conference at Yale University, she is one of the founding members of the Twin Cities Cabaret Artists Network, promoting public awareness and advancement of cabaret performance in the Twin Cities community....
