Lowertown Roots Music Festival

Saint Paul’s popular new music festival, the Lowertown Roots Music Festival, is a free day of music in Mears Park. With a canopy of trees, beautiful flower gardens and a cool winding creek, Mears Park will come alive with the sounds of Blues, Country, Bluegrass, Gospel, Zydeco, Tejano, Native American and other music forms which have informed, inspired and ultimately defined American music and culture.
