Seven years after its start at the storied Brilliant Corners jazz club (with a kick-off by the Wynton Marsalis Quintet), the non-profit Jazz is NOW! announces a new artistic director, and the final performance of its critically-acclaimed NOWnet. Guest artists Marcus Printup (Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra) and Wess “Warmdaddy” Anderson (Wynton Marsalis Septet) join this “adventurous, ever-evolving band” (MinnPost) under the leadership of Founding Artistic Director, Jeremy Walker.
