Igor Butman Club is a place where jazz life is in full swing, where important musical events take place and new projects are born. The main characters of jazz history perform there, among them are Randy Brecker, Bill Evans, Mike Stern, Dave Weckl, Dizzy Gillespie All Star Big Band, James Moody, Roy Hargrove, McCoy Tyner, Gary Bartz, Chihiro Yamanaka, Eric Marienthal, Christian Scott Quintet, Carmen Lundy, Lionel Loueke, Tony MacAlpine, Virgil Donati, Peter Bernstein, Sean Jones, Joshua Redman and many other greats.
Since 2009 Butman Music Records has been presenting albums by Russian-American jazz projects and the best young jazz musicians from all over Russia: Igor Butman and the Moscow Jazz Orchestra, Vadim Eilenkrig, Ivan Farmakovsky, Oleg Butman and Natalia Smirnova-Butman, Alexander Berenson, Andrei Kondakov, Lenny White, Eddie Gomez, Nikolay Levinovsky and rising stars of the Russian jazz scene: Azat Bayazitov, Anton Chekurov, Yaroslava Simonova , Alina Rostotskaya and many others.
During the eight years of the label's existence, the stars of the world jazz scene took part in the recording of the albums: Wynton Marsalis, Peter Burnsteen, David Garfield, Randy Brecker, Assyet Assyet, Wayne Escofferi, Virdzhil Donati, Will Lee, David Garfield, Hyrum Bullock, Cyrus Chestnut, Lenny White, Eddie Gomez, Jay Ashby, Kim Nazaryan, Allan Harris, Carla Cook, Kevin Mahogany, Adam Rogers, Mike Stern, Mitch Stein, Tom Kennedy, Dave Wackle and many others.
