Pouring on the jazz standards Saturday June 14th will be the Jazz Dogs, returning to The Fountains in Franklin. The public is invited to a program of classic songs featuring a selection from the 1930s through the late 1950s.

The players are Dennis Burnside, piano, Paul Thome, tenor, Bob Ervin, trumpet & vocal, Hugh Bramhall, drums, Don Fishel, flute, Sam Frazee, guitar, and Wayne Renardson, acoustic bass.

Featured composers include Victor Young, Horace Silver, Jimmy McHugh, and G. Gershwin, including an original tune by Dennis Burnside. ...
