Muziekgebouw Eindhoven collaborates with Frits Magazine to present jazz- and soul concerts in the renovated Paterskerk.: Blue Note Club Sessions Goes to Church is a series of full-evening jazz events. The first edition is entirely dedicated to the legendary soul- and gospelsinger Aretha Franklin. The numerous hits and gospels in Amazing Grace style will be performed by the only singer with the personal permission of the Queen of Soul's family: Shirma Rouse.
