Grant funding has been provided by the Middlesex County Board of Commissioners through a grant award from the Middlesex County Cultural and Arts Trust Fund.

Dave Styker is a jazz guitarist, composer, publisher, producer and educator. He grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and moved to New York City in 1981 and has played with not only Stanley Turrentine for 10 years and 2 years with Jack Mc Duff but also with other jazz greats, including Dizzy Gillespie, Freddie Hubbard, Jimmy Heath, Dr. Lonnie Smith, among others. Stryker is an adjunct professor of jazz guitar at three universities: Rutgers, Indiana and Montclair State. Dave Stryker has 35 CD’s as a leader to date and has appeared on over 75 CD’s as a sideman. He is currently on tour celebrating his latest CD Groove Street which has just been released. His previous 5 CD’s have all gone to #1 on the Jazz Week Radio chart
