Bossa Brasil performs standards of the Brazilian jazz repertoire & more. The sophisticated and pulsating arrangements include original compositions as well as popular standards by Tom Jobim, Milton Nascimento, Hermeto Pascoal, Pat Metheny and Freddie Hubbard. The group performs instrumental music with variable instrument configurations that combine bass, drums, piano, vibraphone, sax and more.
For this exciting live video recording performance event at Jazz Latino @ Galeria West the group will feature Anton Denner (sax & flute), Bob Rodriguez (piano), Charlie Dougherty (bass) and MaurĂcio de Souza (drums).
