Wayne Maureau QuartetBorn and raised in New Orleans, drummer Wayne Maureau has been on the local music scene for over 30 years. Known for his versatility, he is called upon to back artists, in all genres of music. Currently he tours with Mia Borders, The Ricci/Krown Trio, Soul Project, The John Mahoney Big Band, and perhaps most notably, recently ended a 13-year run with the late New Orleans blues-funk legend Walter Wolfman Washington.
