The LADY GOT CHOPS WOMEN'S MONTH JAZZ FESTIVAL (aka Music and Arts Festival) was conceived in 2003 by mother and daughter new cafe owners Lillithe Meyers Tiecha Merritt and bassist /fledgeling web designer Kim Clarke. The fest original two fold purpose- to draw customers and celebrate women in jazz.
