<I>Lisle Atkinson's NEO BASS Ensemble[/B] is a unique, multi-bass ensemble, featuring the bass as “lead" instrument, putting the full range of the double bass on display. This summer's annual fete at Symphony Space Leonard Nimoy Thalia celebrates the music of pianist/composer/conductor, Duke Ellington with the contrasting piano stylings of three of New York's finest pianists, Valerie Capers, Danny Mixon and NEO BASS Ensemble's Richard Wyands.
