Northern Jazz Society
A non-profit making incorporated society founded in 1986 for the furtherance and encouragement of jazz music in Northland, New Zealand.
We hold monthly club days, usually on the first Sunday of the month, at which various bands play live jazz and for the past fifteen years have been involved in organizing an annual jazz festival. This year (2009) the festival will be held in Dargaville over the weekend of 2-4 October.
