“It’s A Valentine’s Affair,” featuring the Luther Re-lives Tour will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the beautiful L. Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center on the campus of Norfolk State University, 700 Park Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23504. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and the performance will begin at 7:00 p.m. This performance is a musical tribute to the Legendary R&B Singer Luther Vandross and features the dynamic vocals of William “Smooth” Wardlaw along with his background singers and amazing band .
