The North Carolina History Center at Tryon Palace will host East Coast Jazz Revue's Youth Summer Jazz Master Class which will allow music students, grades 5 and up to interact with recording jazz artists for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity---a live music demonstration, a Q&A session with the artists and exposure to techniques. As a special treat, legendary jazz drummer Roger Humphries will co-conduct the master class with Elevations who is the 2012 Monterey Jazz Festival "Next Generation Jazz" first place winner.
