August brings another great jazz festival to the summer season WHERE RIVERS MEET on the beautiful south lawn of Tryon Palace.
Headlining this new outdoor festival is Gregory Porter, the 2014 Grammy winner for Best Jazz Vocal Album and DownBeat Magazine's Artist of the Year. Also appearing is the Helen Sung Quartet led by jazz pianist/composer Helen Sung and the 2012 Monterey Jazz Festival's Next Generation Jazz first place winner, Elevations....
