Stavanger Jazzforum

Stavanger Jazzforum (SJF) was founded in 1989 and has for 28 years been one of Norway's leading jazz organisers. SJF presents jazz throughout the year except Christmas/Easter/Summer and the programmes contains both international and Norwegian Jazz. We run our own venue called Spor 5 which has a capacity of 200, but we're also presenting artists at other, bigger, venues in Stavanger. SJF is a non-profit organisation and is depending on the work of many volunteers to run concerts. Stavanger Jazzform has created the Festival Maijazz.
